Shipping & Returns

Very Good Knife Company prioritizes customer satisfaction. If you have any questions about an item please call or email us and we will be happy to help you with anything you need. If your order has already been processed it cannot be cancelled. If you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us within 30 days of receiving. We can offer a refund after the item is returned only if the item is in new condition and capable of being sold. If your item has been altered or customized per customers request a refund will not be issued. We do not offer any credit or exchange for return. Original shipping charges are non refundable. If you are returning your item due to any error that is NOT on our part, the returned item will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, customer responsible for return shipping.

Accepting or signing for a package means you have inspected the item and it is in satisfactory condition. Following acceptance, any unnoticed or hidden damage must be reported to the shipping provider. If your package is damaged upon initial inspection please reject the package and note on the bill of lading. Contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

 

International shipments may be subject to longer processing times. Any local taxes or fees including customs clearance are NOT included in the original purchase price or shipping charges. International customers are responsible for any taxes or fees from local or national government. Please check with local authorities for restrictions or current rates and fees before purchasing from our store.
